Janice arrived safely home in London on Monday and I arrived home safely in Melbourne on Wednesday. (it was a long and tiresome journey).
I really am grateful to you (and the boys) for the great care you took of us during our trek. I had not expected so much help especially with Janice's disability. I think you should feel justly proud of your personal efforts on her behalf which she appreciated very much. She has confided in me thbat this trek was the best thing she has ever done in her life. Now that is truly a hgigh testimonial to your help.
Morocco is a fine country and I will cherish the memories of our trek together for many years especially because your love of the mountains made a big contribution to the success of our trek.
I hope you enjoy your holiday this week and I hope to hear from you soon.

Hope you have been enjoying you week's holiday, and recovered after walking
with Malcolm and me in your beautiful mountains.
I was very sad when our holiday came to its end, but of course, it is always
good to be back home again, and reunited with Adele.
You made our holiday so pleasant, and so much fun. You really looked after
me so well, and I am so grateful to you for guiding me when the terrain got
rough. As I said. "ABCD" You went above and beyond the call of duty.
Without your help, I don't think Malcolm and I would have enjoyed ourselves
so much. Thank you once again.

Dear Abdul,
It is me who must thank you for all of your help. We all had such fun in Morocco and thank you so much for arranging the various trips which were all a huge success. I am sorry not to have seen you on Saturday, but we actually left quite early that morning.

Dear Abdo,
We think of you and your absolutely wonderful team often as we wander back in our minds over the time spent in Morocco. The days in the desert were incomparable. The nights over the fire, and with the music of Bari and Hadj and Hamid and Abdullah and you, will forever be unforgettable.
We learned to love Morocco. Above all, we fell in love with the grace, simplicity and humanity of the Moroccan people. Much of this we have you to thank for.
Our very warmest regards to you and very best wishes to Bari, Hadj, Hamid, Abdullah and Mohammed. We will think of all of you always.

***Atlas trek and community works:
Dear Nait
Both our spring expeditions to Morocco are now safely and successfully back,
thank you.
We still have a further two school expeditions to Morocco in 2007:
Marlborough College who
are looking forward to their summer expedition (8 - 17 July) and Woodridge
School
(23 - 31 October 2007).
Feedback
The feedback that we have had both from the Far Frontiers Expeditions
Leaders (FFEL's) and from the school teachers
has been positive, with praise for Omar as the Guide for Dollar, and
exceptional praise for the very
experienced Abdul who was with St Albans. The community projects, which I
realise are not so easy to organise,
were extremely popular with both schools - and they all commented on how
friendly everyone was and how much
their work seemed to be appreciated. Both schools also commented on the
fact that they had lots of help from the local people.
Other comments from both schools were on the high standard of the food on
trek, and how few "sickies" they
had. This is also very good news.
Bookings for 2008
Both schools have re-booked with Far Frontiers Expeditions for 2008, with
Dollar School planning a return to Morocco
in the Easter of 2008. More details to follow.
